FAQ
Is the app free?
Yes, the app is free to use.
Does the app need an internet connection?
The dictionary, the conjugations, and the grammar notes all work offline. A connection is only needed for the two AI features: generating an example sentence and looking up an etymology.
Which languages does it cover?
French to Italian and Italian to French, in one search field — you do not pick a direction. The app's own interface is in French.
Where do the entries come from?
The dictionary content comes from a printed French–Italian dictionary. The conjugation tables come from Wiktionary.
Are my saved words backed up?
No — they are stored on your device only. You can export your saved list to a file from the app and import it again later, or on another device.
Privacy
